Do I live in the City of Marietta?

City elections are only open to residents who live within Marietta city limits. Many Cobb County residents have a Marietta mailing address but are not within Marietta city limits — and that means they cannot vote in the city’s municipal elections.

If your address is inside the city, you can vote for city leaders — like your City Council representative.

Marietta is divided into parts called wards. Each ward elects one City Council member.

Cheryl Richardson represents Ward 1. If you live in Ward 1, you can vote for Cheryl.
